Welcome to HBW4, a modern and stylish holiday home beautifully situated directly on the water in Friesland. The property is located at Het Brekkense Wiel in Lemmer and enjoys one of the area's special open views over the Zijlroede. The house was completely renovated and modernised in April 2022.

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautifully landscaped garden and a private jetty, HBW4 is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday by the water.

Comfort and modern facilities

On the ground floor you will find a practical storage room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a modern bathroom with shower and a spacious, fully renovated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and combination microwave oven.

The stylish living room features a Smart TV, allowing you to use Netflix and Viaplay with your own account. During the cooler months, underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burning stove provide extra warmth and comfort.

Three comfortable bedrooms

Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Each bedroom features a new boxspring bed with 90 × 200 cm mattresses and a Smart TV.

The first bedroom also has an electrically adjustable boxspring bed. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating is also located upstairs.

Relax by the water

The beautifully landscaped garden is designed for enjoying the outdoors. Modern garden furniture, a sunshade and a spacious Weber Genesis gas barbecue make it easy to enjoy relaxed meals and long summer evenings outside.

For boating enthusiasts, the 12-metre private jetty is a real highlight. You can moor your own boat here and explore Friesland directly from the property.

The holiday home also includes two bicycles – one men's and one women's bike – allowing you to easily explore Lemmer and the surrounding area.

Would you like to explore Friesland from the water? Our Swedish sloop can be rented directly with the holiday home for an additional fee.

Before setting off, you will receive a thorough boating instruction on site, so you can head out onto the water confidently and well prepared.

From HBW4, you can discover the beautiful Frisian waterways, lakes and charming towns – combining comfort, nature and freedom in one unforgettable stay.

Important information

Use of the two bicycles and gas barbecue is included in the rental price. The Swedish sloop can be rented for an additional fee.

Situated on Het Brekkense Wiel, HBW4 is one of the few houses offering unobstructed views across the Zijlroede. This beautiful house is ideally situated for an unforgettable holiday in Friesland. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend.

Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Besonders begeistert hat uns die schöne Terrasse mit eigenem Anleger.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das beworbene Boot stand leider nicht zur Verfügung. Es wäre wünschenswert gewesen, darüber im Voraus informiert zu werden.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Lage u die Aussicht waren grandios. Wir hatten für 4 Personen Bettwäsche und Handtücher gebucht. Leider mussten wir die Betten noch beziehen u haben Gäste Handtücher vermisst. Das Haus wird mit 2 Badezimmer angeboten wovon aber eins eher ein Gäste WC mit Dusche ohne …
